Horrible Cramps

I've had the Skyla IUD since late 2015. This is my second time having it. The first time, I had to remove it around this time because it was bothering me too much. For the past 2-4 days, I've had diarrhea, cramps, nausea, and fatigue. A few moments ago the cramps got so sharp and localized that my legs and vagina are going numb. It's pain that makes you sweat. Could this be from the IUD? My period also didn't come this past 2 months.
