When I get them, it's like tightening in a certain spot or all over, and sometimes I can't move lol

First, dont be scared, hun. It's perfectly normal! My BHC can hurt really bad sometimes. One time it took the breath from me it hurt so bad. What i have done that seemed to help is drink LOTS of water! Now when i have them, it doesnt hurt so bad.

I've been getting them since 17 weeks! My uterus will get REALLY tight and hard. It lasts about 5 minutes at most and then goes away. I had one that was so strong the other night that my uterus is still sore from it haha. If you keep getting them taking a warm bath is supposed to help, and try and stay well hydrated! They get worse if you are dehydrated(:
