I wake up every day and can barely move my hands. I'm 36weeks

Good ol pregnancy carpel tunnel, I've been suffering through it for the last couple weeks, came out of nowhere. What helps me is my husband messaging lavender, peppermint and frankensence starting at my elbow and working down to my wrist every night before bed. So sorry, it suckssss 😬

My hands feel painful and tingly in the morning and sometimes throughout the day. I'm 38wks today...making a fist hurts, like my hands have been used for hard labor all day or something.

Mine get rather bad when I go for walks, all the blood rushes to my fingers and it takes hours to make it go away

I have numb feet and sometimes legs.... Makes me nervous to walk sometimes. My hands and feet feel like they are extremely bruised too! I think it's from the prolactin hormone that loosens the joints and it's just making them hurt.

Try a wrist brace. I loved mine last time but this time my hands only get tingly, I haven't had any problems besides at night. No pain during the day.
