I'm almost 35 weeks, do you think if I applied for jobs and told them it would be the end of August before I could start, if they might, and I very loosely use that term, consider me? Especially if they know why it'll take until then?

It really depends if they are needing to fill the position immediately or if it can wait a bit. But it doesnt seem like an unreasonable wait period to me, so it could work. Good luck!

If you are just applying now, depending on the type of position (if in a professional type field) it typically takes a couple months between reviewing applications, interviews, selection/ onboarding etc so no might not be unreasonable.

Now if it's a gas station or restaurant type job, yeah they will probably want someone sooner.
