So I'm only 5 and half weeks gone but noticed that I am having to go to the toilet more. I've already been twice today to pass stool and it's really soft but not runny and I noticed the last time I passed stool that when I wiped it was a slightly Redish brown so I'm thinking they may be blood in there but I don't think I have any tears in my rectum but it does feel a little sore. Is this common? Not the nicest subject to talk about sorry!
