Boobs post partum: do they go back to how they were before pregnancy? The shape, nipple shape, aureola size and color?

Please don't make fun of me! 😂
I had my boobs done in 2009 & my aureolas made smaller. They're now the size they were pre op and I'm just curious to know other's experiences. Do our boobs go back to how they were? What about after breast feeding?

I imagine everyone's different but please share!

My areolas never really got bigger, I don't think but they definitely got darker. They went back after the first pregnancy. Now they are gross again lol. Probably one of my least favorite changes during pregnancy.

Im smaller bodied 5'2 pre lore fancy weight was 105lbs and went from a 32DDD (Victoria's secret size!!) so was probably a 32C maybe a D. Went to soma and bought a bra and ended up walking out with 34DDD. When I started breastfeeding my boobs barely fit because of being engorged. (I could pump 4-5oz from each boob) stopped breastfeeding and went back to my original bra. About a month before I found out I was pregnant with baby #2 I tried on my old pregnancy bra and my boobs only filled half the cup 😂😂😂 I'm now 19 weeks pregnant and back into that bra almost about to spill out of it. So yes they do go back to the old size. Although I'm not sure about your areolas. I personally hated mine before pregnancy and was more happy about them after breastfeeding was over.
