Am I the only one?

I've been super gassy just letting it rip left to right. It feels very uncomfortable also. It's like all day everyday I wonder if I can take anything for it

I use probiotics to be regular. You may be gassy at first but eventually it mellows your intestinal makeup out so that everyone is happy and no gas or gas pain. Over the counter culturelle and florastor are the best. Also good for constipation and UTIs.

I seriously feel like somebody put an air pump up to my belly and filled me full of air. I am SO BLOATED. I've been having to lay in bed with my butt in the air just to get some relief. It's soooo embarrassing 😖

Oh man I feel your pain, it's just non stop gassy. Tried eating smaller meals, eating healthy, drinking lots of water but nothing has helped so far. I've heard that peppermint tea helps though :)

Simethecone (gas-x) and tums are safe to use in pregnancy per my MD. But yours my have a different suggestion.
