I'm currently 39 weeks and this morning I felt a trickle of either water or discharge I'm not sure. When I went to the bathroom my underwear were wet And went through my shorts. That was around 5:30 am and I was standing when it happened. It's now 3:20 and went to the bathroom and again my panties were wet . What can this really be? Should I be concerned? I have been cramping for the past week or so. Can your water break in trickles or will it only be a gush of water? Does that make sense .? FTM. So don't really know what to expect
