39 weeks and 3 days today I went for my weekly appointment today I've been having major pelvic pain and pressure found out I'm 2 cm and 50 effaced and that i have dropped my daughter weighs 7lbs 5oz already being a FTM I'm just curious does that mean i can go in labor sometime soon??
