Best lotion to help keep stretch marks at bay?

Hey ladies! Just wondering if anyone has found that miracle cream to help reduce the look of stretch marks?

I'm pretty fond of using a mix of hemp lotion and Jergen's extra moisturizing lotion. 27.5 weeks and no stretchmarks on my tummy yet and since beginning to use that after showering (& using coffee & sugar scrub in the shower), the ones that I got on my boobs from 17-18 weeks are almost gone. ☺️
