Do you recommend raspberry Leaf tea

Do you ladies recommend raspberry leaf tea I'm 38-2 days. Does it work.

Answer

I drink it. The real recommendation is to drink it from 6 months on if not from conception. Then it has time to really tone your uterus up for labor.

And if you've read somewhere that it induces, that's a myth. (Obviously)

It regulates your contractions so that they are more evenly spaced out, and primes your body for labor and delivery. However that's if it's had enough time.

At this point it wouldn't hurt to start drinking it and hope it has time to kick in
