Forgetting about prenatals.. Any tips ?

I'm not use to taking medicine let alone prenatals any advice on how to remember to take them ?
I'll go a whole week without remembering them

I set a daily alarm on my phone so I would remember all my pills.

I keep mine on the table where I eat dinner everyday

I keep them on my nightstand. I see them every morning, i take them first thing when I wake up.

Honestly they aren't totally necessary. I've known plenty of moms who were super bad at taking them and their baby was fine. Really they just help you out by giving you extra, because baby takes everything from you. Basically how my dr. Described them.

I wouldn't worry to much, just take them when you remember. Maybe set a daily reminder on your phone

I put mine somewhere where I look everyday ..it's right where I hang my keys so the first time I see it in the day ,even if I'm rushing out or not I take one out even if I do not have water on hand an hold or put in pocket an take the first chance I get even right before eating breakfast ...I literatly only forgot twice .but ended up taking in the night..so I think maybe u should try to put it in plain sight where u look everyday next to bathroom sink kitchen sink a shelf next to a door closely where u ate sure ul see it an just take one out think of it as changing your kid or bathing them or going to the bathroom or eating think of as u half to for multiple reasons if benifet..👶

My husband works late, so when he comes home he wakes me up and gives mine to me because I always forget!

Set a reminder on your phone or fridge or wall, I used to put a mark on my calendar for that day.
