What to expect from the pill?!

I started on the pill two days ago and just wanted to know what to expect?
When will my acne start clearing up and my emotions get a bit more even? 
I've also noticed I have heaps of discharge is that normal?
I know each pill is different but would love to know what you have experienced both good and bad, when and any other info you think I should have ☺️

My acne got a little worse before it got better, but now it's completely gone! And it's made my emotions and PMS a little worse.

I got a manajorie of symptoms. PMS, cramping, spotting, bloating, indigestion, acne, breast pain, headaches. That was all mostly during my first month. This month it's died down a bit. My breasts are sorer than they were, killing me actually, and I had bad indigestion and PMS. But, I believe all that will fade after next month.
