Flonase while pregnant

Okay so lately the allergy medicine from the list my doctor gave me has not been working. I have sever allergies early in summer end of spring and today they are horrible 😣
 I used to take Flonase post pregnancy last allergy season and it helped so much. Has anyone ever used it like once in a blue moon during pregnancy?
