As a singer/ actress , I love my career, however it makes it very hard to have a social life. My best friend graduated , had an engagement party , a 30th birthday event , a baby shower and I wasn't able to attend any of her monumental life events due to work. She understands even though she's sad because she just wishes I could attend. Well I made a promise to her that I was taking a break from performing so I wouldn't miss her wedding. So I'm in the wedding as maid of honor. My father was rushed to the hospital and doctors are saying that things don't look good and he basically doesn't have much time and they are doing all they can. Well she gets married tomorrow and I'm so worked up over my father. I'd feel extremely guilty if something happened to my father and I wasn't by his side and I'd feel extremely guilty if I didn't attend my best friends wedding because I haven't been to anything ??? Especially as a maid of honor. Especially as a daughter. WWYD?
