How do I tell my boyfriend?

In the five years we have been together he has not made me climax even once or even close. I can do it myself easily. I just need something more I don't want to do just the average vanilla sex anymore it doesn't interest me! I could feel better doing it myself and imagining things that turn me on. It is sad but I love him a lot and the sex doesn't make a difference in that for me. He just will not spend more than a few seconds touching me. The rest is him inside me going at it.almost like he just wants to get it over with already. I just don't know what to do or say to help him understand. I know with my first boyfriend I literally had to almost train him how to make me feel good but he was a lot less of a stubborn person haha. And we were each other's firsts so it was easier to explore each other not worrying about being compared to others or anything like that it was just so exciting we always tried new things and it wasn't like pulling teeth to get him to want to either. Maybe some people are more sexually diverse than others? Who knows.I just know that I don't know what to do. I don't know what to say. Any advice?
