Is anyone out there pregnant and also have Crohn's disease?

This is my first pregnancy with Crohn's and I'm not sure what to expect.

My sister has Crohn's and has 4 kids. They monitored her more closely, gave her more ultrasounds, etc, but all were healthy!

my best friend does. she's currently in early labor with her second child.
from her research the pregnancy can do a world of good for your body, with some people even getting 'cured.' 
she did have some complications with her first, and was put on steroids which felt awful. but her baby girl was born w no issues and is the most beautiful awesome kid ever! 
I think this time around has been better but still considered 'high risk.' she doesn't open up about it too much but I know she suffers a LOT and I wish I could make it all go away for her.
