Yes, mine was only a 9 and I was having Braxton hicks like contractions at just 6 weeks, previous missed miscarriage a few months before, i was put on a supplement and by the next day the cramps stopped. The Dr's say the research doesn't really support it, but I believe the supplement saved my pregnancy.

I had low progesterone in both of my pregnancies. I had 1 miscarriage as well but that was before we checked my blood for progesterone / thought it may be an issue. The first time it was low I was on progesterone shots. It started out in the 20s but everytime I had my blood drawn (Every 2 days) it kept dropping. Once it got to 15 is when we started progesterone injections and I did those up until 12 weeks. She is now a happy and healthy 12 month old :)
My second pregnancy my progesterone started out at only 16. I was super worried it would drop and I would miscarry because that is not the best number, and I had moved to a different state since my previous pregnancy so I had a different doctor. This doctor refused to give me progesterone and I was still working out my insurance so I couldn't switch doctors at this time. Thank god I am now 37 weeks pregnant, and my progesterone of only 16 made it ! (They checked it twice over the course of 2-3 weeks and both times it was only 16. But it didn't drop at least) I also had spotting 3 times that pregnancy but all was well.

It's scary when progesterone is low, but if you're getting injections then you'll be just fine! Well, or suppositories of course. But even if it is on the lower end and you aren't getting medication, things can work out :) going on 2 babies after having low progesterone here so good luck mama! Things will be totally fine.

I have! We lost our first child, so when I got pregnant again, my doctor checked those levels REALLY early, and found them a little low. I took progesterone supplements until 12 weeks and had a great pregnancy and now have a happy toddler! This pregnancy, my levels were a tad low but not low enough for meds. The doctor kept an eye on them and I'm now almost 16 weeks with a healthy pregnancy thus far. So, please don't worry!
