How long is homemade baby food okay in the freezer?

I live in WI and my baby is due in January. I have a garden and I'd like to use the produce to make homemade baby food for next year. I know when I freeze my own food it is okay for 2 years...I use a food saver that suctions all of the air out of the bags. I am really hoping I'll be able to use my produce!
