Got letter today stating i have b12 and iron deficiency and mornocytic anaemia all i can find is scary stuff about it , any1 out there had and healed from or got these combined ..??? Every symptom list i read i have had all of for years apart from dementia and alzheimers , and this is me just finding out the cause of all these problems ...docs on monday hoping to get b12 shots and iron tabs and get a life back eventually 1 day !!
