Are you guys getting anxiety due to our babies almost being born?

Im shaking in my socks, i think im going to have an anxiety attack soon especially with all the things people keep telling me 😭

I just lay in bed many nights thinking, "OMG, What have I gotten myself into?!"

Getting close! I'm excited and terrified and exhausted and anxious.  I've never had such a complex array of emotions.

Please don't listen to people. Everyone has different labour and people have a different pain threshold as well. Yes the pain is bloody sore and when my first son came it was scary not knowing what to do and what is going to happen. But just remember after you have baby all of it goes and your left their sitting looking at your baby thinking wow this has actually happened and the pain goes straight away! Just keep calm babe you will be all good ❤ xxx

No, I'm so excited. Occasionally I have a brief freakout but then I look at my friends who are doing it as single mothers or mom's who have like 3 kids already at my age and I'm like.....I got this 👌

Yes. Night time is worse. I have to remember to breathe and concentrate on relaxing.

Don't listen to anyone trying to scare you. Labor is uncomfortable and a lot of work, and afterwards you're sore, but it's manageable. It's amazing how much your instincts kick in. When labor starts you'll just know what you need to do. When the baby is out you'll just know how to be a mother. There are rough times, but most of the time you just know what your baby needs, and how to do it, and no one will do it as well as you because you're momma, and momma does it right. It may not feel like it right now but you already know your baby, and your baby knows you. As soon as you meet you'll feel like you've always been this child's mother, your whole life.

People love to share horror stories. They love that mess, and I don't understand why. When I said I wanted a natural birth with my first I was told by everyone, except 2 people, how I'd regret it and "what if I couldn't stand the pain?!" And then I'd hear all about how miserable their birth experience was. When I said I wanted a homebirth (and I quickly shut up about that because of the hateful responses) I was told stories about "how my baby would have died" etc... I can remember the 4 people who were encouraging to me, and the 50+ who tried to make me feel like an inadequate and stupid mess. You don't need anyone's opinion who's notencouraging  and supporting you right now. There's a baby in there, and that baby is coming out, and that baby will be going home with you and you'll be responsible for that baby's love and care. They can get on board or get out of the way.

Women don't fail at labor, and they don't fail at loving their child. You're going to be fine. You're going to be better than fine; you're going to be better than you've ever been! I had a great birth experience with my first. It didn't go how I imagined it, but it was wonderful. And he didn't sleep well and it was hard for a few months, but we got through it. And I'd do it all again, heck, I am. Do not feel discouraged.

Yes but it is to be expected. I find myself being bored and I really try not to dwell on that to much. When this baby comes that will all be over, no more boredom!

I keep imagining my waters breaking on my bedroom floor lol i don't know why,  I'm very scared about my baby coming but also very exited ,  i want him out now but i know as soon as my waters will break my anxiety will kick in :/

This is my third baby ..first was a c-section & second was a VBAC.. I am sooooo impatient..ready for her to come but then when I have things like contractions going on that I feel i need to pay attention to in case its time & I definitely get a little anxious & nervous. Its a big deal having a baby ..everything changes whether its your first child or 5th..every birth is different & I think its impossible to know just what to expect.. Butttttt its so exciting too 😊 dont stress yourself out 😄
