Help with hip pain?

I'm 20 wks pregnant & having a rough time adjusting to not sleeping on my back. Noticing major hip pain. Is this from sleeping on my side or just normal pregnancy symptoms at 20 wks? Is there anything you know of that helps? Any info appreciated!!!

I got this too and still have it at 25 weeks. I sleep with a snoogle pillow which has helped a little bit. But I would suggest doing stretches :)

Yes, normal lregnancy thing. Nothing helps for me :( It will go away onve we gave birth...

It's normal. Im 32 weeks and I've been having it throughout my whole pregnancy . I mean I don't really know what others do to help it because mine stays no matter what, but I turn on my side and put a pillow between my legs. And try to adjust myself. It helps sometimes but not really a permanent solution of not having hip pain. Good luck tho!

What help for me is doing a hip flexor stretch. Go into a lunge, raise your arms straight up keeping your back as straight as you can, then try to lower your hips. I'm sure there are a bunch of stretches you could google that might help more. Good luck!
