11w exactly today and this is the second worst day I have had yet. I have the beginnings of a sinus infection, which I think is causing my massive migraine (which is always present but is so much worse when I lay down, and I am so tired) which is  nauseating me - and the nausea is agitating my bowels. 😖 My head hurts so much and so does my stomach. Tylenol and sleep aren't helping. Hoping this passes soon. 😓
