Will you keep your belly ring in during pregnancy? (I mean the plastic stretch ones, I obviously know the metal ones can't stay in)

I'm 39 weeks and I still have my metal one in.

I wanted to but the hole stretched so much i had to take it out.  Not enough skin and i think it would have split eventually. 
Not sure if it will go back in

I tried but my body started rejecting all my piercing at the beginning of my second trimester

I tried plastic long ones and they were dry didn't slide well and kinda hurt. So I just took it out
