Aching uterus anyone?

I know there is no sense in worrying but... I have had a bit of light brown spotting, some twingy cramps and since this morning my uterus is constantly aching. It is mostly quite dull, but still strangely painful. Only just 6 weeks and so paranoid about another miscarriage. Any advice or experiences greatly appreciated!

Mine has also been achey for about a week now...I'm 6w6d. It's slight and just comes and goes. Sometimes gets better if I rest. They say it is your uterus expanding, which must be true because mine is just starting to protrude from my stomach ever so slightly. I had a miscarriage 3 months ago and the cramps with that were EXTREME and accompanied with bleeding. If this baby sticks it will be our first 😊 Good luck to you, hoping for the best for us both!

So you any better or still crampy? Some days I cramp some days I don't. 8 weeks today. Hope you are still doing ok.

They say brown spotting isn't a concern since it is old blood and the cramping is most likely the uterus stretching. If you were having/had a missed miscarriage you would feel nothing and be clueless and if you were having a spontaneous/natural miscarriage you would be in increasing pain with increased bleeding (I wish I didn't know this from experience!) best wishes for you and baby✨
