UUUGHHHH! I am forever grateful I don't have any morning sickness but I keep my AC on 65-69 (I live on the 6th floor, hot air rises and I live in FL) and I sleep with TWO fans and still wake up feeling like I am melting! I know it's not good to have a fever but when I take my temperature it's always under 78! Any idea?? I also have a killer sciatic nerve pain in my left hip 😭 I feel like I can't move. The pain in unbearable! Any non medicine remedies for this?
