Random extreme nausea and lightheadedness at 20 weeks
Also My neck gets really stiff and my head too.
I was literally fine my entire first trimester. Now randomly I get super nauseous and lightheaded for no reason. Like it feels awful. I never throw up either. It's like the feeling only in my mouth/ throat and not in my stomach. 😞
