Does anyone ride horses on here?

Question

I'm 34 weeks. I stopped riding my mare. She to frisky and I know that. My old trusty got sent to my dads. But my question is how long did it take for you to get back on your horse after the baby was born? I'm really chomping at the bit to ride again but I don't want to over do it.

I do eventing. (Dressage, XC, and show jumping) This was the 1st winter in 7 years that I didn't either own or full lease a horse, so I decided to get pregnant lol. It's been so ridiculously hard not riding but I had a quite crazy experience last year RE that; let me sum it up as best I can: I got pregnant for the 1st time in Feb 2015, and was riding before I knew I was pregnant. Basically at the same time I found out I was pregnant I was diagnosed with a large subchorinic hematoma, and was put on full excercise/lifting restrictions (so no riding obvi). I sadly lost my 
baby in Apr 2015. I had to have a D&E as my body would not let go of the baby, and I very stupidly rode the next day. And not just putzing around I went out and did gallop sets... So 2 days later I wake up hemmorhaging, it was horrible... I can't even properly describe how much blood I lost. Had to rush into hospital etc. SO when I found out I was pregnant this time I stopped riding completely & when I'm cleared (key word!) to ride again I am
going to take it easy! I learned a very scary lesson!!! I wish you lots of good rides and saddle time, but don't be a knucklehead like me and take it slow n easy at first!
