Timing of Everything?

Question

Hello everyone,

What is the general timing you all have for everything? It's probably different depending on you and your doctor though. I'm trying to plan out if we can start IVF in July bc we are planning around our work and vacation schedules. I guess DH just needs to make his sperm sample and that is freezable but I have to be able to go in for ER & implantation.

Is this similar to anyone else? 
This is what my doctor laid out for us...
CD1 period
CD 3 Birth control pills
CD 18 baseline ultrasound 
CD 23 Stim injections 10days
CD 32 - 35 egg retrieval possibilities
CD 38-41 implantation possibilities

The ins and outs of IVF are intense! 
Looks like we can start IVF soon! ER and Implantation mid August for us.

I've been on bc for 17 days (come
Monday) when I have my baseline ultrasound/bloodwork check. Then dr said ER around 7/13. The 5 day transfer. I'm worried I'll have to stay on bc longer because of the cysts I just grew last month 😑  but who knows! All my meds are here, hubbys frozen sperm is at my doctor. Just waiting!! Honestly don't try to plan. It will only stress you out more and your body will likely throw off the timing. My dates have been all over the place.

I start low dose Estrace tomorrow for 3 weeks then add in prometrium for the 4th week. They said I should get a period a couple days after stopping those and then will start injections. It's hard not knowing exactly when things are going to happen, especially with summer and vacations.

Wow, that's very long! Maybe because of your cycle? For me they predict ER on CD 12/13

That seems about the same as mine. And I'm continuing my CD count because after I stop the BC, I likely won't have a period since I start stims just a few days later. She said I could have spotting.

I start stims June 25 and a projected retrieval date of July 6....knowing it could be a little further out than that.

It came up fast for me bc I was only on BC for 2.5 weeks before stopping mid-pack...I assumed I would take the whole pack, get a period, and then start stims.

Yes, I stared Birth Control and will start stims on July 10th but when you are going thru injections you have to get blood and ultra sound 3 times, keep that in mind. Good luck
