Feeling bleh

I was supposed to start my period a week ago but I know I'm not pregnant because I haven't had sex in a long time but I do have PCOS. I feel gross because I have a funky smell down there and cramps and I don't know when I'm gonna start my cycle. Ugh....so annoying.
