I am 95% sure I have SPD 😧 I will see what my OB says next visit, but I have researched it and a lot of people say a support belt helps considerably. Any recommendations for maternity support belts? I am almost unable to function, I need some kind of relief! This started at 15 weeks and I am 16 + 5 today. I won't go back to see my OB for 2 more weeks. I am not normally a complainer and had no problems with my first pregnancy, but this is going to make for a very long 2nd pregnancy. Any helpful tips are appreciated!
