Is it normal to get brown discharge a couple of days after finishing your inactive pills?

I have recently started the Zoely contraceptive pill 3 months ago, I am starting my 3rd pack tomorrow and have been getting brown discharge a couple of (+- 5) days after my period (taking the inactive pills) until I reach the inactive pills of the new pack, is this right?
