Fertility Acupuncture??

Hi Ladies, I have read a lot of good stuff on the Internet.. so has anyone tried fertility acupuncture? If so, what was this like and has it helped you on your road to conception? I'm having my first session today! 🙈

Hi Ladies. I have just had my first session and it was so great.. walked away feeling really good about it. I have been told I have a cold middle Jiao. Got lots of advice and a fertility smoothie recipe. For those of you who are interested it is: green veges (I.e kale, spinach), pumpkin seeds, lemon juice, orange juice, banana, Chia seeds, ginger and water. Because of my cold mid section I've been got to drink warm water and eat warm foods in the morning with my green smoothie in the afternoon. Then he stuck the needles in and I walked away feeling great! 😊

A friend of mine swore by it. She's 38 and was able to conceive naturally (her first pregnancy) in about 6 months.
