My fiancé, daughter and I currently live in Iowa. I moved here in 2010 with my daughters father who I am no longer with due to his abusive behavior. He hasn't seen my daughter in a year and a half and I haven't heard from him since last September. My entire family is in Florida where I grew up. I have a huge support system and an amazing family. My fiancé and I want to move to FL so my daughter can be around family and so we can have more support when our new baby comes in January. I recently had a job opportunity arise but it is a $5000 pay decrease for me. If we stay here I will have to put the baby in daycare which is $500 a month but if we move my mom would take care of him and my daughter after school. Would you take a pay cut in order to be around more family or would you wait for a better paying job opportunity? I just want to make the best decision for my family and I know money is not always the most important factor. Thoughts?
