Finding out the sex

I'm 16+3 and my husband doesn't want to find out the sex of the baby. This is our first and I'm dying to find out. I was thinking maybe just get the doctors to confirm the sex to without him being in the room but I don't know if I should incase I won't be able to hold my mouth! Do you think I should find out by myself or just wait like he wants to?
