Any tips so I can get pregnant?

Me & My Husband have been wanting a baby for 2 years almost 3 and we've tried pills and ovulation tests and nothing ☹️ please help!

Go to a doctor and get everything checked out. My brother and his gf tried for 6 years and finally got pregnant. I honestly thought my brother couldn't have kids, considering his past.. But things got worse when they finally did get pregnant and she found out her thyroid was messing up her chances of getting pregnant. Her body wasn't able to handle the baby and the cord didn't grow right. She lost the baby at 23 weeks because the cord was narrow at the end where the baby was and wasn't giving the baby enough to live off of. She now has gone through some radiation procedures to get her body in line and gets to try again in March of 2017! I hate hearing people have issues getting pregnant. :/ sometimes it's an easy fix,  where you just have to quit trying to conceive or sometimes it's hard to where one of the parents are just sterile. :/ If you both see a doctor then maybe y'all can have a better understanding to why it's taking so long and find a solution to get your family started :) I really hope y'all are successful!
