I've been spotting and bleeding since Saturday night. It hasn't gotten much heavier but I have been passing a little bit more blood then I believe is good. I had to go to the er Sunday night. The ultrasound they did showed a baby but no heartbeat. They only measured me at 6 weeks 0days! My hug level is 4232 which at this point it's never been that high for me.  I am being told it looks like a miscarriage but it could be to early to tell that we have to wait and see!  I've herd of break though bleeding. And my mother in law said she did the same thing the whole time she was pregnant she said it happened when her period was due! So I'm wondering if that's what I'm doing! Has this happened to anyone else and baby been fine?
