Kinesio Tape?

Question

Has anyone tried the kinesio tape for SPD? Cause I can't sleep at all anymore my legs kill me with pain I've tried pillows and muscle cream and nothing helps anymore. Anyone have any suggestions please?

I used it for si joint pain and right piriformis pain. It helped soooo much.....until I got a rash from the tape and had to stop using it 😢. There are a lot of diagrams and YouTube videos to show you how to use it.

I've just been keeping a pillow in between my legs and keeping them together when I go to roll over, trust me it still hurts but it helps.. I also use deep blue rub (doTerra essential oils)  on my lower back.. Seems to help with the pain there.. But doing the physio exercises in the morning and before bed help a bunch!!!!!!
