Any mommies out there with dogs, how to you take them out to pee with a newborn?  I live in an apartment complex, on the bottom floor, where the door opens to the outside, and a patch of grass to the right.  Can I quickly run him out if the baby is in his pack n play or swing and the door is locked?  I could even take the baby monitor with me.  What do you do?
