I don't think it is but my mom goes by old wives tales and tells me not to do vacuuming and sweeping etc. She said something about the movement too. My husband does basically all of the cleaning anyways 😊

No way. Any movement is great. Doctors always say staying active is great for your body. You are basically trained for a huge event after all and being physically fit will help. I do any and all housework I can plus go on walks.
