So, before my glucose test this morning my BP was apparently higher than usual. I go through the rest of the appointment motions: take drink, urine sample, blood draw, fetal heart check... the nurse finally tells me yeah I'm going to have them retake your BP. It's lower the second time, but she wants me to come in on Friday to be sure it's okay.

Has anyone here dealt with high blood pressure in the third trimester? She mentioned I might need to take some meds for it? No protein in my urine. No headaches or visual disturbances.
