My lo is 9 weeks old and we start the bed time ritual by 7 pm with bath time. At 8 pm we give her a 4 oz bottle then put her down for the night. I turn on the nursery sound and projector in her room, with the white noise cranked up a bit and she's out like a light. She'll wake up around 2 am or 3 for a night feed then back to sleep and up again around 7 am. So far she is able to sleep about 5 hours in a stretch, I'm hoping she will hit the 6 hours milestone by 3 months...if I'm lucky!
