Castor oil naw thats crazy. But ppl still do it. I was told by a co worker a hot bath. As hot as u can stand it.

There is a tea you can get at an herbal store that will induce. I know because I looked into it and am planning on enjoying a big cup of it if I actually make it to full term.

Red raspberry tea will NOT induce you. It just speeds the delivery along once labor has started.

Evening primrose oil is supposed to thin your cervix. It comes in a pill form & I think it helped my delivery. My water broke naturally and labor was only 9 hours.

I went into labor naturally with my twins and I was supposed to be induced. I swear it was because earlier that day I had walked a lot and it was pretty hot out, so I think the combo of the two might have been what did it. I was at 36 weeks too
