Uncomfortable down there... tmi...

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I'm feeling really uncomfortable down there. I thought at first it might be a yeast infection but not anymore because it isn't itchy. Just sore and irritated. I'm not sure if it's infection or just irritation from increased discharge from being pregnant. I have a doctors appointment scheduled but do any of you ladies have any advice as to what this could be so I'm prepared? Thank you...
