Have you ever scared yourself thinking something was gonna happen in a situation, but it didn't? My left eye was twitching and I basically scared myself thinking of a bad outcome smh

I fell asleep on my arm and when I woke up it fell against my face. It scared the crap out of me because I couldn't feel it and thought someone was in my bed 🤗
