Help!!! Micronor

So I came off of depo and started taking micronor. For the last 3 weeks of my depo shot I was spotting and cramping. I have now been taking micronor for a week and I've still got bleeding and cramping. Had sex for the first time since the bleeding started today and I bled even Moore and am now getting severe cramping! Has anyone else had this? Please can you let me know how long it lasted. I can't keep going on like this😫
