I am 5 weeks pregnant and have been bleeding like this for 2 days with PMS symptoms as if I am about to get my period. Could I be having a miscarriage?

Are u positive ur 5 weeks? It could be implantation bleeding. Remember to deduct 2 weeks from your LMP. Maybe you're 3 weeks? I'm only saying that because this same exact thing happened to me..

Don't flip out about it but go to the Dr, I had quite a bit of bleeding early in my pregnancy and everything was fine but I was terribly worried
