Waiting is killing me

I'm just looking for suggestions?? Anyone have a difficult first ultrasound where you may have heard something unexpected... Then have to wait a week or more for a follow up ultrasound to confirm or look for progress??? I'm in that waiting period and even though I'm feeling no different and without any scary issues, I'm still just keeping faith and optimism at its highest. What did you do to keep your sanity during the wait?
