Sharp Pains (Skyla)

Hey guys, so I've had my Skyla IUD for about six months now, and I'm starting to get some sharp pains from it. I think it may be the strings. I feel like they're kind of poking me, and I had never felt them until now. They've also posed a problem for my boyfriend (poor thing). There's also been discharge that doesn't seem very typical, but nothing horrible either. And, I don't know if this is related but it may be bc the human body is weird, but I have a swollen lymph node on the back of my head as well. I dunno. Please help 😭
