Feeling never good enough

I've been with my son's father for 3 years and he hates me. He won't touch me hold my hand kiss me or anything he is on his phone more then he is with me and he doesn't cuddle me I feel like the one night stand he got pregnant and is hiding from his wife. I don't know how much more I can take oh and I'm 3 months pregnant with his 2nd child
